Evaluations
Dr. David Demarest and Dr. Allison Logemann use scientific techniques to determine preexisting characteristics of the individual and provide an index of the extent and type of changes brought about by the injury or condition.
An assessment of this type documents the patient’s functional strengths and weaknesses and an evaluation is made regarding:

Dr. Allison Logemann
NeuropsychologistDr. Allison Logemann joined the On With Life staff as a neuropsychologist in 2018. She has experience in rehabilitation and academic/medical settings and has worked with various populations such neurodegenerative diseases, TBI/concussion, stroke, ADHD, learning disabilities, presurgical evaluations for epilepsy, tumor resection, bariatric and spinal cord stimulator. Dr. Dave Demarest
NeuropsychologistDr. Demarest is an Iowa- and Nebraska-licensed psychologist with more than 25 years of extensive experience in the rehabilitation and neuropsychology field. He completed his doctoral degree from West Virginia University and completed a specialty post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology and rehabilitation at the University of Missouri Medical School and Rusk Rehabilitation Center.
